US universal quick release couplings. Available with male or female NPT threads or with a hose tail.
The safety pin is inserted in an aligning channel between the interlocking couplings to stop couplings being twisted apart accidentally.
The US washer is made from rubber and provides an airtight seal between interlocking couplings. This is achieved by the washer sliding in to a counter bore below the main coupling bore surface and protruding above the face of the main bore to create a seal.
Please note: Each claw coupling is supplied with a US washer. Additional washers can be bought from the section at the bottom of the page. Safety pins are not supplied as standard with couplings and must be bought seperately.
