Industrial Water Equipment Ireland - Ultrafiltration

Used largely in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries ultrafiltration is the process of purifying target molecules in continuous systems. Ultrafiltration or UF performs this process by pressurising the solution flow through the unit passing through membrane filter(s).

Ultrafiltration is also widely used as a pretreatment step in reverse osmosis
